FACILITATOR
FLING Physical Theatre is looking for an engaging and motivated dance artist to join our creative team as a Dance Development Facilitator. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with our regional community while contributing to the growth of dance in the Bega Valley.

- If successful in this stage of the process you will be invited to FLING for 1 week (paid / travel / accommodation) to meet the team, experience our work, and demonstrate your capacity to teach / facilitate youth dance.
The salary is $61,256 per annum, pro rata at 4 days per week with potential for growth.
Please note that having a car, licence and third party insurance is vital due to our regional location. For the successful applicant FLING will support relocation, and provide help in securing accommodation.

This role offers a unique opportunity for someone entering or preparing for the dance industry to work closely with the FLING Team across our Creative Program.

The successful candidate will gain access to FLING’s established teaching practices and ethos, while having space to develop their own artistry.

This role offers a unique opportunity for someone recently or almost graduated from high school.
This is an exciting chance to develop broad and translatable workplace skills at FLING with exposure and learning in a wide range of workplace tasks. The FLING Intern will provide creative support to the FLING Team and mentorship to participants, provide administration support across creative programming and gain hands-on experience inside a team producing arts and cultural events.

FLING Physical Theatre is currently seeking expressions of interest from people keen to contribute to the organisation as a member of our Board. We are particularly looking for people with experience, or an active interest in developing skills, in governance, strategic planning, performing arts and cultural development, fundraising and marketing, and education and innovation. Board positions are honorary with approximately 10 meetings per annum.
