fLing community concert
All students enrolled in FLING's Community Class Program perform in FLING's Annual Community Class Concert.
Each group prepares 1 dance during their regular time, with some additional rehearsals - Costume Try On & Scene Building, Full Cast Rehearsal and Dress Rehearsal - held in the weeks leading up to the performance. FLING Community Concerts are always family friendly and are very well attended, so make sure to book your tickets early!
All students pay a production fee, which contributes to the cost of presenting the performance, including contributing to the cost of costumes, lighting and sound.
Presenting the concert is a huge task each year, and we couldn't do it without our brilliant volunteer supporters. If you are able to help out by being a chaperone, sewing costumes, making props or sets, or helping us set up or pack down staging equipment, we would love to hear from you!
