FLING's adult class programs are a welcoming space to try something new, or return to your body in movement.
Our adult class offerings run in short series for your convenience - we know it's hard to commit in our busy lives.
Classes are available for casual attendance, but are best enjoyed as a series block.
Classes are booked via humanitix. This helps us understand who is coming, to make plans and sustain class numbers. All classes must have 7 participants to run viably, we will confirm with participants 2 days before the series begins.
We appreciate when you book in advance.
If you would prefer to pay cash, please get in touch prior to confirm your place.
Our adult classes are costed at a subsidised rate for our community, and FLING is a not-for-profit organisation & a registered charity.
At the checkout, if you have the capacity to give more, we appreciate your donation.
This funnels back directly to ensure our programming is financially accessible for youth and community in the Bega Valley.
In an effort to fundraise for our organisation in a rapidly changing and concerning funding climate, we have built more accessible adult dance events.
This is just one small part of our plan forward to secure our future.
FLING team are excited to do what we do best - share dance joyfully with our community.
