Classes are held in Bega, Tathra and Merimbula.
fLiNG Contemporary dance classes will get you moving through space, feeling NEW energy & gaining new skills. With three levels these classes are accessible for a range of ages and abilities. Taught to great music you will get moving, increase flexibility and strength in these super fun classes.
TUESDAY - MERIMBULA SCOUT HALL
fLiNG offers recreational Ballet classes for people aged 3yrs and beyond. It is suitable for boys and girls and offers a wonderful foundational training for anyone interested in a career in dance.
FUN FACT - Did you know that professional footballers include ballet in their training regime for strength, flexibility, agility and precision!

GYMNASTICS & PARKOUR
fLiNG offers recreational classes in GYM & PARKOUR, taught by qualified coaches Alison Czolij and Kym Meyers, supported by the fabulous fLiNG tutors.
Parkour - Incorporates Gymnastics and Free Running skills with movement and conditioning, great for developing upper body strength and agility.
Gymnastics - This program is designed to give participants training in gymnastic skills that will establish great technique, build strength, increase flexibility, help you to fly and to land safely.

Contemporary - A leotard or tank top and leggings, Knee pads are desirable for floor work. Hair must be tied back off the face.
Ballet - Females wear a leotard, flesh coloured tights, hair in a bun and well fitted ballet shoes. Males wear black tights or leggins with a T-shirt and ballet shoes.
Parkour - Track pants bare feet and a t-shirt. No jeans please!
Gymnastics - Close fitted leggings, shorts and tank top, bare feet and hair tied back off the face.
Bring a water bottle and something warm to put on after training. All classes, except ballet, are held in bare feet. (please wear shoes to and from the venue)
